2022 LCTCS Fletcher Technical College Faculty Member of the Year
25 years… That’s how long I have been in education.
1 year ago… “Stepping out of my comfort zone” became my #1 ambition.
What I gained and learned… *Confidence to do what is right, even when some may not agree. *Expertise in my field of technology. *Courage to speak and present my passion to others. *Great leaders can become your best mentors and friends—Susan Guerrero *Best leaders are not afraid to work on themselves to become extraordinary leaders with greater visions.
